Event Description: The Portland Advertising Federation Presents the 1st Annual Stumptown 40
We are pleased to announce the first annual Stumptown 40, a Pinewood Derby-style race for Portland’s creative community. It starts with a block of wood, four wheels and four axles, and ends on Wednesday, December 9th in a 50-car, gravity- and alcohol-fueled double-elimination race at McMenamins’ Kennedy School. Prizes will be awarded for best times and best custom car design. Register online today and start your power tools; kits can be picked up at Pop Art: 718 SW Alder, Suite 300 starting Monday, but they must be purchased online first.
